Participants in this boot camp will learn the key drivers to effective collections results, including underwriting, credit investigation, handling payment problems, payment arrangements, regulations, strategies to minimize repossessions and more.

Sales Training Boot Camp March 19, 2019
Designed to promote the proper sales process for a BHPH/LHPH dealer. This program is designed for Sales Associates, Sales Managers, General Managers and Dealers. The goal of this program is to maximize sales, minimize risk and do so at the lowest possible cost.
Manager’s Boot Camp March 20, 2019
Designed to create proper policies and procedures as they pertain to managing a BHPH/LHPH dealership. This program is designed for Sales Managers, General Managers and Dealers. The goal is help students sell more cars, sell them the right way, manage expenses, manage inventory and create collectible loans/leases.
Collections Boot Camp March 21, 2019
Essential training for BHPH/LHPH collection training. This program is designed for Collection Managers, Collectors, Underwriters, Finance Directors and Dealers. It is a “Soup to Nuts” training specifically designed to promote maximum dollars collected with minimum loan/lease defaults.
